Debit Card
Remitly Business also edges out Wise Business on debit card transfers to India. On a $1,000 transfer, Remitly Business charges no fee versus Wise Business’ $17.39 — with both senders paying the same $1,000 out of pocket, but the recipient gets around 205 extra INR with Remitly Business.

A Note on Debit Card to Pakistan
We want to be transparent: for debit card transfers to Pakistan specifically, on the day tested (June 25, 2026) Wise Business offered a lower all-in cost than Remitly Business at the amounts we evaluated. If you typically send via debit card to Pakistan, it’s worth comparing both options at the time of your transfer to see which works best for your situation.
Large Amounts to Pakistan
As with the India corridor, Wise Business offers volume-based discounts once a business’s transfers total $25,000+ in a given month. Our Pakistan figures above reflect standard, non-promotional pricing at individual send amounts up to $10,000. If you send at higher monthly volumes, it’s worth comparing Wise’s volume pricing directly for your situation.
Why the Difference?
The gap largely comes down to how each company structures its pricing. Wise charges a “Wise fee”, a fee based on how you pay, and then applies what they refer to as the mid-market rate. Remitly Business’ pricing on bank transfers to these corridors is structured to deliver more to your recipient — with $0 transfer fees on bank transfers to Pakistan when sending $200 and above, $0 transfer fees on bank transfers to India for amounts of $1,000 or more, and competitive FX rates built in.
The mid-market rate may seem intuitively simple, but calculating it can be complex for the average person who may not have access to the same FX market information money transfer providers do. What matters is your all-in cost on each transfer: fee plus FX margin combined.

How to Get the Best Rate
- Use bank transfer (ACH) when you can — it’s consistently the lowest-cost option with Remitly Business for both India and Pakistan
- Check the rate at the time of your transfer — exchange rates move daily, and the best way to know your exact cost is to check in-app before you send. Set up an email rate alert for your corridor →
- Compare the “receiver gets” amount, not just the fee — two services can charge similar fees but offer very different exchange rates
The Bottom Line
For businesses regularly sending payments to India or Pakistan from the US, Remitly Business offers meaningfully lower costs on bank transfer and credit card compared to Wise Business. Over the course of a year, those savings add up.
