About the Role:

We're looking for a Compensation Analyst to join Remitly's Total Rewards team, reporting to the Principal Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst oversees compensation administration and helps design and deliver market-competitive compensation programs that support Remitly's talent strategy. You will exhibit the highest professional standards and ethical principles, and reflect Remitly's cultural values.

You Will:

  • Perform benchmark analysis to ensure that salary and incentive packages are competitive.
  • Complete and maintain salary survey data by compiling, organizing, and submitting data on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate data from market analysis to ensure up-to-date market information for management to perform annual reviews and frequent pricing of jobs.
  • Maintain salary and equity ranges in HR systems across Remitly.
  • Respond to inquiries and issues involving compensation, market competitiveness, job leveling, and job description maintenance and development. Ensure compliance with FLSA.
  • Assistance in leading the annual compensation cycle.
  • Support preparation of compensation based communication materials.

You Have:

  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years relevant experience is required to perform this job.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and concepts, compensation analysis and consulting, including market pricing, compensation plan/structure design, job evaluation and FLSA review.
  • Demonstrated maturity in dealing with all levels of employees and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
