The Passbook team is leading the charge on expanding our financial services suite. Passbook gives immigrants peace of mind by offering access to banking services they need. As Senior Product Marketing Manager of Latin American customers, you will be responsible for positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategies for one of Passbook’s key growth segments. You will be connected at the hip with Product, Design, Engineering and Analytics to drive integrated growth strategies.
You must be passionate about understanding and delighting our Spanish-speaking immigrant customer, and you seek ways to reach and communicate with them authentically; fluency in Spanish is required. You’re skillful across early-stage foundational research and iteration, including defining the market landscape, sizing addressable markets, creating customer personas, and matching the right messaging to the right audience. You can lead competitive analysis and segmentation, conduct quantitative and qualitative customer research, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver a clear marketing strategy.
You love the craft of building positioning and messaging for target audiences. Engaging, crisp messages and visuals are natural and come easily to you. You have learned not to hold your creative ideas too tightly, and you’re dedicated to continuously testing and refining approaches. You partner with other teams across Remitly to build products that radiate consistent positioning.
You’ll report to the Director of Growth of Passbook.
