Remitly is hiring an entrepreneurial and proactive GTM Lead to join our team to grow our international business.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with strong attention to detail and project management skills. This person will have strong growth experience working for high growth ecommerce and/or tech companies.

This position will be based in London, reporting to the Head of Europe, GTM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help drive marketing performance and strategy: build and execute against key growth strategies to accelerate growth in our key international markets.
  • Develop an understanding of our target customers: their customer journey, key segments and personas, ideal product experience and value propositions to ensure all campaigns are clearly targeting customer needs. 
  • Run multi-channel marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategies, buy media and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Plan and execute landing page tests and optimisations and analyse results working in partnership with our analytics and product teams
  • Investigate and test new channels to reach and target both new and existing customers
  • Partner with our Analytics team to measure impact of each campaign and scale
  • Assist the EU business management team with competitive intelligence and market research when required.
  • Work cross-functionally with key teams across our regions including EU business management, design, product, marketing engineering, legal, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targets

Skills, experience and knowledge

  • you will have 3-5+ years of work experience in fast paced and entrepreneurial environments. Ideal candidate backgrounds could be, but aren’t limited to growth marketers with experience building results from the ground up in scrappy, low resource ways. Language skills (Southern or Eastern European languages) is a strong plus.
  • Highly organised. Meticulous attention to detail. Strong project management and execution abilities. Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Motivated and self-driven. Has initiative and takes ownership of scope without direct guidance. The ability to work independently is essential. Someone who is energetic, nimble and wants to learn.
  • Team player. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial. Committed to continually improving by taking smart risks. Thrives on taking on new challenges and learning from them.
  • Highly analytical. The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans. Enjoys problem-solving. Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong-communicator. Excellent verbal and written skills, including messaging and copywriting, storytelling, and selecting graphics and imagery to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Life-long learner. Invests time in staying on top of the latest consumer marketing trends, technologies, and practices. Develops subject matter expertise in the internal and 3rd party tools, technologies, and applications used in the role and the company.
  • you're an MBA or graduate degree in a marketing or business discipline is preferable
