We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant / Receptionist to manage our
front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical
tasks. As a Human Resources Assistant / Receptionist, you will be the first point of
contact for our Company. You should be an advocate of Remitly and should
embody our Cultural Values as you deal with different people in your daily task.


Responsibilities:


● Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
● Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
● Answer or refer inquiries properly; set positive office atmosphere
● Screen and answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate
department
● Receive incoming mails, billings, proposals, and the likes and responsible for its
distribution to respective person/department
● Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and
material (e.g. pens, forms)
● Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
● Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
● Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via
the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
● Support implementation and provide administrative assistance in recruitment,
labor relations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and
documentation
● Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
● Assist recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and
education
● Administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, completing employee
documentation, recording data on each current employee; etc.
● Provide administrative support to HR Team

Requirements


● Bachelor’s Degree
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
● Hands-on experience with office equipment
● Professional attitude and appearance
● Above average written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
● Excellent organizational skills
● Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
● With proven act of Integrity
● Customer service attitude
