How do I increase my sending limit? And when can I use it?

It’s easy to request an increase in your sending limit!

After you log into your Remitly account, just follow the instructions from the Manage Limits webpage. To start the process you will answer some questions. You may also be asked to provide a few documents or pieces of information to confirm your identity or source of funds.

After you have applied for a sending limit increase, you’ll be able to immediately start a transfer up to the amounts permitted under the requested sending limit. After you submit the transaction, we will need up to one hour to review your sending limit request and, if needed, the transaction submitted.

Remember, all the information you provide will be securely stored in accordance with our privacy policy, and is also used for verification and identification purposes only.
