What does my recipient need to receive money?
Your recipient does not need the app in order to receive money. However, your recipient can track transfers on their end, too.

For cash pickup, your recipient will need to provide the transfer reference number and a valid ID that matches the recipient name on the transfer.
How do I send a transfer?
