How do I update my personal information?

From a web browser you can make changes to your password, address, phone number, and email address:

  1. Sign in
  2. Select the menu icon (three horizontal bars) on the top right of the screen
  3. Select My Account


To Change Your Password

  • Select Change Password
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password twice
  • Select change password to complete

  • To Change Your Address

  • Select Change Address
  • Enter your new address
  • Select change address to complete

  • To Change Your Phone Number

  • Select Change Phone Number
  • Enter your new phone number, area code first
  • Select change phone number to complete
