Complete your training
Take a short course covering what you need to know before you promote Remitly. Pass it, and you're a certified Ambassador.

Get your offer code
Once you're certified, you get your own offer code. Share it with anyone who sends money abroad: friends, family, people in your community.

Earn your commission
Share your code with someone new to Remitly. When they complete their first qualifying transfer, you earn at least 40 USD (or the equivalent in your currency).

Getting started
Who can sign up to the Ambassador Program?
To join the Ambassador Program, you need to be of legal age in your country and have a Remitly account in good standing. An account in good standing is an active account that follows our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Your account needs to stay in good standing for as long as you are in the Program. If you don't have a Remitly account yet, sign up to Remitly before you sign up to the Ambassador Program.

What do I do as a Remitly Ambassador?
As a Remitly Ambassador, you tell people who might send money abroad why you trust Remitly, and invite them to sign up with your Ambassador offer code. Your Ambassador offer code is what links the new customer and their first transaction back to you. The new customer uses your code to receive a discount on their first successful transfer with Remitly. When their first transfer qualifies under the Program terms and conditions, you earn your commission. You get your Ambassador code once you've completed your Ambassador training.

Do I have to complete the Ambassador training before I can receive my code and earn commissions?
Yes. Before you start sharing your Ambassador offer code, you must complete a short training course and confirm you've read and understand the Remitly Ambassador Dos and Don'ts guide, which covers what you need to know before you start promoting Remitly as an Ambassador.

Earning commissions
How do I earn a commission?
You invite people to sign up to Remitly and successfully complete their first qualifying transfer using your Ambassador offer code. You earn a commission each time someone new to Remitly uses your Ambassador offer code with their first qualifying transfer.

How does a transfer qualify?
The transfer needs to meet the terms of your Ambassador offer code, which includes a minimum send amount — for example, 50 USD or above, or your currency equivalent. It must also be the first transfer the new customer has sent with Remitly. When the transfer qualifies, the new Remitly customer gets a discount and you earn your commission.

How much do I earn?
You earn a commission of at least 40 USD (or the equivalent in your currency) for every transfer that qualifies. Your commission rate is shown in the Ambassador Program Platform (the ‘Platform’ is where you sign into your Ambassador account) and the commission varies by country.

Is there a limit to how many people I can invite?
No. There's no limit to how many people you can invite to Remitly with your Ambassador offer code.
