OFFICIAL RULES

Welcome to the Remitly Israel Sign-Up Gift Promotion (the "Promotion"), where customers who sign up for the Remitly Salary Card, powered by Bank of Jerusalem (the "Card"), and successfully have their salary deposited to their Card, followed by a qualifying transfer sent using the Remitly app, will be awarded a cash sign-up gift of up to ₪200, subject to these Official Rules (the "Rules").

Promotion Summary

A. The customer signs up for the Remitly Salary Card, powered by Bank of Jerusalem, between August 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 (the "Sign-Up Period"). This includes both new Remitly Card holders and existing Remitly Card holders who have not had a salary deposited to their Card since April 1, 2026.

B. The customer will be awarded a cash amount, credited to the customer's Remitly account - i.e., the customer's in-app balance within the Remitly app, and not to the Card itself - (the "Reward"), structured in two parts:

₪100, credited upon the customer's first salary deposit to the Card; and
An additional ₪100, credited upon the customer's first transfer of ₪3,000 or more sent from their Remitly account, following that first salary deposit.

C. Both amounts are credited within 7 business days of the qualifying deposit or transfer, directly to the customer's Remitly account.

D. The Reward must be claimed within 3 months of Card registration, if no qualifying salary deposit is made within that window, the customer forfeits the Reward entirely. Similarly, if a qualifying salary deposit is made but no single transfer of ₪3,000 or more follows, the customer receives only the first ₪100, not the additional ₪100.

This Promotion begins on August 1, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026 (the "Time Frame"), unless extended, shortened, suspended, or terminated earlier by Remitly Israel at its sole discretion.

The sponsor of the Promotion is Rewire (O.S.G) Research and Development Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Remitly Global, Inc., doing business as Remitly Israel ("Remitly Israel"), in partnership with Bank of Jerusalem. In order to enter and participate in the Promotion, you must fully comply with these Rules and agree to be bound by the Rules and all of Remitly Israel's decisions and instructions, which shall be binding and final in all respects.

2. The Reward

Each eligible participant will be awarded a cash sign-up gift of up to ₪200, structured as described in the Promotion Summary above, credited directly to the customer's Remitly account - i.e., the customer's in-app balance - within up to 7 business days of each qualifying event, subject to the conditions provided in these Rules.

You may use the Reward credited to your account for the purpose of transactions only, subject to Remitly Israel's Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to any resident of Israel, aged 18 and over, who signs up for the Remitly Salary Card, powered by Bank of Jerusalem, during the Sign-Up Period. Participants are required to be Remitly Israel customers and holders of a Remitly Salary Card in order to participate in this Promotion.

This Promotion is open to:

New Remitly Card holders who register during the Sign-Up Period; and
Existing Remitly Card holders who have not had a salary deposited to their Card since April 1, 2026.
This Promotion is limited to customers who sign up for the Remitly Salary Card through this campaign's marketing channels. Customers who registered for the Card through airport arrival programs or greeting points are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Employees of Remitly Israel and its affiliated companies, and their respective immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. "Immediate family members" means parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" means people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not.

In order to enter the Promotion or receive the Reward, you must fully comply with these Rules and agree to be bound by the Rules and all decisions of Remitly Israel, which shall be binding and final in all respects.

4. How to Enter

In order to enter the Promotion, you must successfully sign up for the Remitly Salary Card, powered by Bank of Jerusalem, as detailed in the Promotion Summary above, within the Time Frame.

Eligible customers will be automatically enrolled in the Promotion. Each customer is eligible for only one enrollment in the Promotion.

Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. Registration and use of Remitly Israel's services are subject to Remitly Israel's Terms of Service.

5. Reward Value & Taxes

The value of the Reward, up to ₪200 total, will be as expressly detailed in the Promotion Summary table above and in Remitly Israel's notices and publications regarding the Promotion. All state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the customer's sole responsibility.

6. Use of Personal Information

By entering the Promotion, you will be sharing certain personal information with Remitly Israel. Remitly Israel will use such information to administer the Promotion and to award the Reward. Remitly Israel may use the personal information you provided only in accordance with Remitly Israel's Privacy Policy. Remitly Israel may further use any personal information of a participant in any public announcement, promotion, advertisement, or publication pertaining to the Promotion.

7. No Tampering; Right to Cancel or Modify

Remitly Israel has no obligation or responsibility with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these Rules; (b) entries, Reward claims, or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, or otherwise not received due to computer, human, or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Promotion or claiming the Reward; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (e) any inability of a participant to accept the Reward for any reason; (f) events of force majeure, including natural disasters, terrorism, weather, or any other similar event beyond Remitly Israel's reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries, or losses of any kind caused by the Reward or its use.

Remitly Israel reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, including but not limited to the Reward amount, the minimum transfer threshold, and/or the eligibility period. Any such change will be announced via Remitly Israel's official communication channels (including notice at https://www.facebook.com/rewire.to/⁠ (opens in new window) or via the customer's registered email address) and will apply prospectively from the date specified in the applicable notice, unless expressly stated otherwise.

If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned - including due to cancellation, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Remitly Israel's control - Remitly Israel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

8. Release of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Remitly Israel disclaims all warranties in connection with the Promotion and shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from a participant's entry into, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the acceptance, possession, or use of the Reward.

9. Apple

If you use Remitly Israel's services or participate in the Promotion through an Apple device, you agree and acknowledge that: (1) Apple, Inc. bears no duties or obligations to you with respect to Remitly Israel's services or the Promotion, including any obligation to furnish maintenance or support; and (2) you have no claims, and you waive any and all rights and causes of action, against Apple with respect to Remitly Israel's services or the Promotion.

10. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Remitly Israel in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Entrants irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the competent courts of the District of Tel-Aviv, Israel, and waive any claim of inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.
