  Select Get Started or Send Money on the Remitly app or Send money if you’re using Remitly on your web browser.
   
  Enter the amount of money you’d like to send in Euros. We’ll automatically display the amount your recipient will receive in MOP.
   
  When you enter the amount of money you’d like to send in Euros to Macau, you’ll be able to view the delivery options that are available and choose the option that’s right for you and your recipient.
   
  Now choose your delivery method. Check with the person who you’re sending money to in Macau and find out how they’d like to receive their money.
   
  Depending on what country you’re sending money to, Remitly offers these delivery methods:

  If you select Bank Deposit as your delivery method to Macau, you’ll need to enter information about your recipient’s bank account.

  If you chose Cash Pickup as your delivery method and you want us to send your recipient a text message when their money arrives at the pickup location, add your recipient’s mobile phone number.
   
  If you chose a different delivery option, we might ask for your recipient’s email address or address details.
   
  Now, enter your name exactly as it appears on your valid ID. We’ll also ask for your phone number and address.
   
  Next, enter your date of birth. It’s important that you enter your correct birthdate as it appears on your identification, because we may need that information to verify your identity later.
   
  Now it’s time to choose how you’d like to pay for your money transfer to Macau. Enter your bank account information, your credit or debit card information, or the details of another payment method.
   
  Your payment options may vary depending on where you’re sending from. You can always update your payment method for future transfers.
   
  Check your transfer summary to make sure everything is correct. You’ll see all the details you just entered and the estimated arrival date.
   
  If you need to make any changes, just select Edit next to the info you want to update, and you’ll be able to change or correct that detail.
   
  When you’re ready to send your money transfer to Macau, select Send Money.
   
  The last step is to wait for your transfer to process. It’s important to stay on the processing screen until the next page loads — we might need you to provide additional information or correct something.
   
  When you see a confirmation screen for your money transfer from Greece to Macau, you’re finished.
   
  You can track your money transfer from Greece to Macau at each step of its journey, and choose to receive regular transfer updates through text messages, email, and/or in-app notifications.
   
  If you chose Cash Pickup as your delivery method, the person who you’re sending money to in Macau can receive a text message when their money has arrived at the pickup location.

We’ll send a confirmation receipt to the email address you provided.

Open the Remitly app and sign in to your Remitly profile. Your most recent transfers will be included in the Home tab. Select the transfer to get more details, including your reference number and more status information. If you want to view your transfer history, select View all.

Sign in to your Remitly profile and select Transfer history from the menu. You can view your entire transfer history and filter for transfers that are in progress or delivered.
 
Messages from Remitly
If you have chosen to receive email, text and/or app notifications, we’ll update you at each stage of your money transfer using your preferred notification choices. These notifications will include your transfer’s reference number.
 
If you’re sending a transfer, your reference number for tracking your transfer is included at the top of the transfer details page, after your recipient's name.
 
If you’re receiving a transfer and you chose cash pickup, your reference number for tracking your transfer is included in the text message you receive from Remitly once your money is ready for pickup. If you didn’t receive a text message from Remitly, ask your sender to share the reference number.
 
If you’re receiving your transfer at a cash pickup location, you’ll need the transfer reference number to collect your money.

The time it takes to deliver your funds depends on various factors including which country or location you are sending money to.
 
We may offer two delivery speeds for sending your money – sometimes called Economy or Express.
 

• We recommend using Express when you need to send money fast and can pay using your debit or credit card.
   
• Choose Economy if you’re looking for more value and the transfer isn’t urgent.

Bank deposit is the best option if you have a bank account and want to save the money or withdraw cash when you need it.
 
Cash pickup
If you don’t use a bank account or just prefer to use cash, this is a great option. Find a nearby pickup location that works best for you, then collect your cash using a picture ID and a reference number.
 
Mobile money
If you use an app on your phone to pay for what you need, receiving money directly to your mobile money app might be the most convenient option — particularly if you don’t have online banking or a bank account.
 
Home delivery
If you live in the Dominican Republic, Philippines, or Vietnam, you can have cash delivered directly to you by courier. This option is a good choice if you live in a rural area or it’s not easy for you to get to a nearby cash pickup location.

If you want to use a debit or credit cards for your money transfer to Macau, your card must have the following details:
 

• The name given on the debit or credit card must match the name given on your Remitly profile.
• A valid expiration date. Generally, a card is valid up to the end of last day of the month in which it expires. If your card has an expiration date of 12/25, then it is valid up to December 31 2025.
• The debit or credit must have a CVV or CVC (a three- or four-digit number on the back of the card).
   
  We accept Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards in Greece and all other sending countries.
   
  You can also use Maestro cards in the European Union and U.K. and prepaid debit cards in the U.S., European Union, U.K., Canada, and Australia.
   
  You may also be able to use an Interac card if you’re in Canada, as long as it’s co-branded with the Mastercard or Visa logo and has an expiration date and a CVV or CVC.
   
  Additional fees might apply if you use a debit or credit card. Some credit card companies and banks may charge additional processing fees because transfers are considered cash withdrawals.
   
  You might also be charged a fee when you use a credit card to pay for your transfer.
