If your money transfer doesn’t arrive when we promised, we’ll refund your fees.

We aim to deliver your money quickly and securely, with guaranteed delivery by the time we promise.
And if your money transfer doesn't arrive by the time we promised, please ask us to refund your transfer fee — to do this, simply contact us. It will help us to refund your fee if you have your transfer reference number ready when you contact us.
Once your fee refund is requested, it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement. We'll refund your fee to the original payment method you used for your transfer.
Please know that if your money transfer is delayed because we need details from you, or your payment failed, or if there was no fee applied originally, we won't be able to offer a transfer fee refund.
The above information is about claiming a transfer fee refund if your money doesn't arrive when we promised.
If your transfer is delayed and hasn't been received or collected by your recipient, you may prefer to cancel your transfer and get a full refund. To do this, see our help article about refunds.
